Has to be Hereditary for me. It’s creepy from the get-go, there’s a truly shocking and unexpected death in the first half hour, and the tension and grief mounting between the family members made it one of the most stressful film experiences ever.

Okay, I have some issues with the series as a whole, but when Ted makes it rain for Robin at the end of HIMYM’s first season, it’s the happiest I’ve ever been watching a tv couple get together!
