Largely irrelevant Republican primary candidate Newt Gingrich is in the news today after his $500 check to get on the Utah ballot bounced. During the 1992 Republican Primary Newt's opponent, Herman Clark, ran this ad against Newt for his involvement in the scandal. The ad highlights that Gingrich also bounced 22 checks for more than $26,000.
