Celebrity Buzz It appears that Sarah Jessica Parker may have had that big ole’ chin mole surgically removed. Some new photos from the MLB All Star game of a seemingly mole-less SJP are sparking rumors all over the web, but nothing has been confirmed…yet. I highly doubt that mole disappeared au natural, nor am I convinced it was the workings of concealer, but so what if she got it removed? That thing was kinda ugly.
