When it comes down to it BMI is a load of crap that can only be applied to a small percentage of people. Body builders and figure competitors often have a BMI over 30, labeling them obese. Sounds legit doesn't it?

It definitely took a bit to get my groove back but after two kids I'm so much more in tune with my body, it's likes and dislikes and I honestly enjoy sex much more after having kids. It generally feels better than before!
