Culture Buzz Eliot Spitzer has reportedly been tied to a second prostitution ring. Wicked Models was just busted by NYC cops, who arrested alleged madam Kristen Davis (no, not the actress) on Tuesday. Davis claims she’s innocent, but the New York Post says she may have had Spitzer as a client more than once.
