The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) confirmed today that the pilot of the aircraft tried to begin a "go around" or a new try at a landing before the crash actually occurred. Most of those currently being treated were seated in the back of the plane and remain hospitalized for the time being.
In a horrific turn of events, the NTSB had to go to the scene of another crash site this evening in Alaska, where all ten people onboard passed away.
