You’ve always been a big dreamer, and have worked hard to achieve your goals. But at almost every step along the way, the ugliness of doubt has crept into your mind. Sometimes you wonder if you’re really that good at what you do, or if you even belong there in the first place. But those are just your insecurities talking, and you definitely deserve everything you have achieved.

You're ambitious, but insecure

You’re someone who is constantly worrying. Whether it’s about the plans you’ve just made (is that start time too early or too late?), or the way your best friend just replied to your text message, you’re always stuck thinking about the finer details. And while it’s okay to be cautious and receptive to the people around you, it’s something that shouldn’t consume your life and stop you doing the things you love. Try not to sweat the small stuff, and you'll find yourself enjoying life just that little bit more.

You tend to overthink things

Drama and direct confrontation is not your scene. You much prefer it when there is peace between your friends and family, meaning that you feel this overwhelming need to keep everyone happy and content. This can often lead to you bottling up your emotions and not taking care of yourself because you’re afraid of disappointing your loved ones. But if you just talk to them and be honest about how you’re feeling, you may be surprised at the positive outcome that could follow.

You feel a need to please everyone.

There’s no beating around the bush – you’re a textbook social introvert. You take comfort in familiar surroundings, and your idea of a perfect night includes staying in with a good book. But all those nights at home can sometimes lead you to want to push the boundaries a little. No need to throw yourself in the deep zone though! Take it slow, do what’s comfortable, and you’ll find yourself slowly gaining more confidence in social settings.

You crave social interactions, but get overwhelmed easily

You love doing things the “right” way, and take the greatest satisfaction in being the best at them. Nearly everything you do, whether it's errands or reading a book, can quickly become a competition between you and your friends. And while it’s okay to do that once in a while, it can be pretty draining on those who just want to have fun. No one is perfect 100% of the time so, if you can, loosen up a little, and start enjoying yourself and the things you do.

You're a perfectionist

Friendship, above everything else, remains the most important thing to you. You are constantly going the extra mile to make sure your friends feel loved and appreciated. Sometimes you feel as if these efforts aren’t reciprocated, leaving you doubting the connections you have. But people show their love for each other in different ways, and maybe you’re not noticing how much your friends really do value you.
