A drag racer is lucky to be alive after spectacularly crashing his 55 Chevy at the Pikes Peak International Raceway in Colorado over the weekend.

Right from the get go it was obvious both cars were out of control.
Which led to one of the cars flipping four times.
Once the car came to a halt, the driver's legs were hanging out the front window, much to the dismay of the crowd.
The driver walked away, hopefully taking away from the crash the importance of seatbelts.
