Mackinac Island. It's gorgeous year-round, no pollution from cars... it's only hectic during the summer due to tourists, but as soon as you get off the main drag, it's peaceful. If I had the money, I would move in a heartbeat.

Scientists rarely play with colored liquids. Unless you're using indicator dyes, the vast majority of liquids are clear, which is why good labeling is essential. Every time I see a depiction of a scientist, they have a colored solution. it's ridiculous.
