Sarah Palin is enjoying a bit of down-time, relaxing with a friend, poolside at a swanky hotel in Florida on Friday afternoon. Palin was in Miami to attend the Republican Governor's Conference but later, was lucky enough to sit back, sip a few drinks and catch some sun.
