Harvey Milk Biopic

Movie Buzz Milk, a biopic about slain San Francisco supervisor Harvey Milk, who was California's first openly gay elected official is in the works and will be released 26 November 2008. Considered a Martyr of the gay community, Supervisor Milk will be played by Sean Penn and the film will be directed by Gus Van Sant. Milk's assassin Dan White will be played by Josh Brolin (not Matt Damon as was rumored) who will get to hone his acting chops by reenacting the famous "Twinkie Defense".
