Style Buzz Richard Chai is the latest designer to release a diffusion line as part of Target's Go International collection. The collection- available in August of 2008-has fashion blogs are all weighing in. The images look nice but as with all Target collections we'll have to see them in person to determine the quality of the fabrics and fit.

Express Designer Collaborations
Style Buzz Express teams up with Celia Birtwell for its first designer collaboration, launching April 7, 2008. The British printmaker - whose '60s collaborations with her late husband, Ossie Clark, were worn by Twiggy and Marianne Faithful - had her previous collaboration with Top Shop sell out immediately. At $128, owning one of these dresses is definitely a more realistic pursuit than paying $8,000 for a vintage Clark/Birtwell on eBay.
