TV BUZZ: Kanye West is teaming up with Comedy Central to create a new show described as “Hip hop meets the Muppets”. The show’s being produced by Jimmy Kimmel and Adam Corolla’s Jackhole Productions which also did Crank Yankers. Looks like the puppet music video for Champion gave some desperate Cable TV execs an idea. Unfortunately, Jim Henson was not available, so they settled on Kanye instead.

MUSIC BUZZ: Kanye West releases a lengthy diatribe aimed at Bonnaroo detractors. After delivering an unforgivably awful performance at Bonnaroo, and being ushered off stage to a “Kanye sucks!” chant, Kanye has released a blog statement rife with sorrow, anger, and excuses. I wasn’t at all sympathetic until reading that his anger had driven him to type “so fucking hard [he] might break [his] fucking Mac book Air!!!!!!!!”
