Azerbaijan knows how to celebrate.

Earlier this week, at the 2013 Summer Universiade — the second-largest sporting event in the world by participation, after the Olympics — Azerbaijani wrestler Rasul Chunayev (in blue) showcased some of the best moves we've ever seen on a mat.
