    The never-ending struggle.

    1. So, you've decided it's time to change your lifestyle.

    You're already fabulous but you just need to make some minor adjustments.

    2. You're excited about tomorrow being the first day of the rest of your life.

    3. And you feel inspired.

    4. You know it won't be easy, but you're willing to do whatever it takes.

    5. You make a conscious effort to change your priorities.

    6. And to join a gym.

    7. You start following some fitness pages on instagram.

    8. And you read some empowering quotes.

    9. When you tell your family about your plans to lose weight, they're skeptical.

    10. But you don't need their approval, this is about you.

    11. Your first time at the gym is slow.

    12. And you're not quite sure what you should be doing, but you give it your best shot.

    13. The next day you're like:

    14. But if anyone asks, you tell them it's going really well.

    15. Then your fit friend asks you to work out and you get nervous.

    16. You realise you've been doing it all wrong.

    17. So you watch some YouTube videos and soon you're like:

    18. Then someone asks you if you've lost weight.

    19. And it feels incredible.

    20. You even start to notice a little change yourself.

    21. But getting up early to go to the gym is beginning to take its toll.

    22. And eating healthy is such a drag.

    23. You're thinking about food more than ever.

    24. And you start to wonder if it's even really worth it, when being a little overweight is something you're kinda used to anyway.

    25. Also, people keep asking you to go out.

    26. Which fills you with resentment.

    Because there is temptation EVERYWHERE.

    27. And you're trying to ignore it.

    28. But then this happens.

    29. And it feels so right that you forget why you ever started eating healthy in the first place.

    30. And you remember how much happier you were when you literally just didn't care.

    31. So you decide to just let the haters hate.

    32. And keep doing your thang.

    33. Because there are so many more important things.
