Your Prayers Have Been Answered Because We're Getting More Of Robin Wright's General Antiope

    "Wonder Woman" spoilers ahead!

While Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman is certainly the champion of the summer (and our lives, let's be honest), Robin Wright's character, General Antiope, is the hero in our heart.

I think Robin Wright single handedly won me over on #wonderwoman in the first five minutes. #iamonthewrongisland

OBVIOUSLY, people were instantly obsessed. Just 👏 look 👏 at 👏 this 👏 badassery.

But have no fear! The movie gods have heard you and your prayers have been answered.

Wonder Woman was great⚡️💪💥Only complaint? Not enough Robin Wright, who was even more epic than usual: https://t.co/Y9gxS4aQZE

In a recent interview with the LA Times, Robin Wright confirmed that she would be reprising her role as General Antiope in the upcoming Justice League film.

“Robin Wright returns in JUSTICE LEAGUE” is the most effective 6-word sales pitch that movie could get.

When asked if the relationship between Diana and her mother would be explored more in the future, Wonder Woman herself, Gal Gadot, said, "Of course; the mother and daughter relationship is always a beautiful but complex relationship. I think that there's a lot more to explore."

Connie Nielsen — who portrays Diana's mother, Queen Hippolyta — added, "[Wright and I] got to do more in Justice League as well. As sisters as well. Kind of badass as well. We can't say much, but ..."

That's when Wright chimed in stating, "And more of the story, you get some of the history."

    *screams with excitement*

Since Antiope tragically met her end in Wonder Woman, we're assuming she'll be featured in some sort of flashback. But, in the Justice Leauge trailer, the Amazons are seen fighting in what appears to be a pretty epic battle, so maybe her role is more substantial!

Honestly as long as we can have MORE of her, we'll take it any way we can.

But Robin Wright's Antiope tho... #wonderwoman
